Saying "Yesterday was a hard day", is an understatement. I went to bed knowing that I would NEVER be able to get out of the bed, but somehow, it happened. The soreness was still there, but everything was different. They let us sleep in today, which I think is part of their plan. They know what we are putting our bodies and minds through, and know Day 3, is usually the "Make it or Break it" day. If you wake up and keep going on Day 4, I guess you Made it through. I did, barely! I can't even tell you the difference I feel. Still sore, but something has definitely changed, in both mind and body!
9:30AM - Had a Nutrition Class, it was very informative. Then headed directly to the beach and hiked a few miles.
1:30PM - Personal Training w/ Doug - Full Body today. Did some really cool stuff. Straight into Cardio.
3:00PM - A Greatly needed Massage!
6PM-8PM - Cardio Tennis. Ooops! I tweaked my bad knee, which was a concern from the very beginning. Iced it, but it's getting stiff. Why????
