Day begins at 7AM, French Toast for breakfast, and it was awesome! By 8:15 we are headed to the park which is a 1.5 mile walk for our Cardio Tennis Drills session. Wow, is all I can say. I think I moved more in that 90 minutes than I have in a whole year. I haven't done Suicides since High School. At 10:45AM, I checked my bodybugg and I have already burned 1675 calories and walked 8900 steps. That's more than 4 of my "Normal" days at 2000 steps. Supposed to be eating lunch now, but have ABSOLUTELY no appetite! A beautiful salad in the fridge, but the nausea is too bad.
11AM-11:45AM - Had my FIRST personal Training Session with Doug. It was intense, let's just say I got to know a medicine ball really well. It was a great circuit training session that included, Medicine Ball, Squats, Pushups, Situps, dumbell curls, shoulder raises, treadmill and rows. I have absolutely no idea how many times I went through the circuit, but I am GLAD THAT IS OVER!! (TOTAL of: 2016 Calories Burned and 10,400 steps) so far.
11:45PM-12:15PM - Taking a short break, trying to eat again, but NO GO, so I am drinking a Protein Shake instead. Heading to Cardio and then straight to Yoga, which will be a first for me. Keep the prayers coming.....
2:00PM - Made it through Cardio and I am no longer a Yoga virgin. It was amazing. Waiting now for my "in condo" massage, then I have a little down time till we go out to dinner tonight. Still no appetite, and I'm seeing an Epsom Salt Bath in my very near future.
4PM - Just finished up with the most amazing and muchly needed full body massage. "God, please let that take away some of the pain." I have had a headache since lunch time, not sure if it's a "no food" or "no caffeine" headache, but it hurts. They are taking us out to dinner tonight to see if we can make good food choices when dining out? Hmmm..... Don't think there is going to be any "Pio Pio" and sneaking to the bar for a shot (of Crown), is probably be out too, so I guess I must be good and follow the program :-) More to come.....
7PM: Ate at a great restaurant called the "Snapper". Ordered Blackened Scallops, Grilled Asparagus and Spinach. Really miss my Garlic Salt, but dinner was awesome!
8:30PM: Really missing Richie (and Toby). I know he's working hard, but I would love to tell him goodnight and how much I miss and Love him. Going to bed soon, feeling REALLY sore and I have an earlier morning tomorrow with a Beach Boot Camp. From some of the others who have been here for a while, it's gonna kick my a$$. Ugh! Here we come, Day 3.
