Here we go... they kinda psyched us out today, and due to weather our schedule shifted a bit. Feeling better everyday, my right knee is still defunked, but hopefully when I get home I can get it checked out before I come back. Oh yeah, I know, I'm insane... I am coming home on Saturday, 2/12 and then back to Fit Camp, for only one week this time, on 2/21. That will make 4 hard weeks of working out, and I should see some positive results. I am already noticing some changes, inside and out, and that makes me smile.
In an attempt to NOT have that horrible 1st week again when I come back to camp, I have asked a friend of ours, Paul Rogers, to be my personal trainer. He will work with me while I'm home and then when I get back, until I reach my goal. I'm so excited and ready to be pushed hard and he's the man to do it! It's going to take some discipline on my part, eeeekkkk! But after these two weeks, I know I can do it.
Today was a great day!
WHAT WE ACCOMPLISHED TODAY:
* 90 Minute Boot Camp Circuit Training
* 60 Minute Core/Cardio Class
* 45 MORE Minutes of Cardio
* 45 Minute Personal Training Session with Doug! It was AWESOME!!! Arms & Abs
That's it... another long day, and the body is feeling a bit worn, looks like a nice hot bath is in order. Christy (& Danny) gave me some awesome bath herbs and I'm feelin' it!
Protein Shake before bed, and then it's off to La-la land where, when I awake, I only have 2 more days till I get to go home and see my family.
