2/18 - WEEK AT HOME

Drum Roll......  So my stats upon leaving camp were:  12 pounds and 10 inches lost, in 12 days.  Woo Hoo!

I came home last Saturday and have had a great week at home.  Back to the grind at work, but it felt good!  I also started working out with my trainer, Paul Rogers on Monday, Wednesday and then today he kicked it into high gear! (yes I am SORE) and of course Cardio daily!

I am preparing to return to camp on Monday morning for one more Core Fitness Week!  I will update the blog daily while I am there.  I must say, my frame of mind (and body) is a little different going into it this time.  I am ready! and feel like I will be able to give it 150% percent.

Planning to enjoy a nice weekend with my hubby and the Tobester!
